  13. The New Website Zooms Oh, I can imagine you have been to the site www.LibertyDollar.org, but have you been there since we re-wrote the Home Page? It sizzles. It zooms. In three simple steps, with graphics to boot…it works! Conversions of “visitors to buyers” are up 500%. If you are using our Affiliate Program and it is linked to the old Liberty Associate page, (most likely) then please change the link to the Home Page. Your results and number of $100 referral checks will increase, and we will all be happier. Check it out for yourself. Tell us what you think of it. Show it to your friends. Be happy and more profitable with the Liberty Dollar.
  14. Annual Audit and Annual National Tour IMPORTANT: If you have reserved a place on this year’s Annual Audit and Inspection of the warehouse at Sunshine Minting in Coeur d’Alene, PLEASE confirm that you still intend to go. Things change from year to year and we need to know, please. If you have not considered taking the Tour, you may want to. First, Sunshine does not allow any visitors, nor do they give tours. Only invited guests are allowed, and very few are invited, as Sunshine only deals with large coin dealers. We have convinced them of the

value to allow some Liberty Associates to join Tom Power, Sunshine CEO, Ada Loper the CPA who does the monthly audits, and myself when I do the Annual Audit and Inspection. Tour includes a personal upfront visit to all the stages of coins, from melting, rolling, blanking, and, of course, minting. But the highlight is the actual visit into the vault and the inspection of the skids of Gold and Silver Libertys. If you have never been on a Mint Tour, and you like piles of gold and silver everywhere and you are a Liberty Associate, then this tour is a must. There is a waiting list of people who didn’t get to go last year, and some people have already called to be put on the list. Only six Liberty Associates and their spouses are allowed per year. So there is usually a waiting list. Call or email and let us know you are still interested if you are on the list or that you want to take the Tour. It is awesome! The Annual Audit and Inspection Tour is free, but all transportation costs are yours. There are no commercial flights to Coeur d’Alene. Tour starts at 10:00 AM so you will need to arrive the night before via a flight to Spokane and then rent a car and drive over the mountain to Coeur d’Alene. Tour is usually followed by lunch with the Liberty Dollar supporters in the area. And the highlight is dinner at Wolf’s Lodge with Sunshine’s senior staff. If you like gold and silver, these guys know it all. If you like steak, Wolf’s is the best. I have never found any place better and the setting in the old trappers lodge makes it perfect. ANNUAL NATIONAL TOUR (ANT) is in the planning stage. Got a party happening or want to throw an event or a simple presentation in your area to bring the Liberty Dollar to your neighbor’s attention? Send us an email. I will stop by and see you if possible. My current schedule starts the first of July in Miami. With hundreds of stops along the way, planned stops will include: Savannah, Raleigh, Washington, DC, New York, New England, Buffalo, Ohio, Michigan, Chicago, Iowa, WI, Minneapolis, Evansville, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, LA, SF, Ashland, OR, Portland, Seattle, Coeur d’Alene, Utah, Colorado, Evansville, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and finally back to Miami by the end of October. Four months, over 200 presentations, and a couple of beers. 3. Federal Reserve Comics and New T-Shirt Now some people don’t think the Federal Reserve is very funny. And others are downright up in arms over what it has done to the US dollar. And with inflation and some kind of monetary meltdown on the way… we may all have hard feelings when the US dollar debacle hits bottom and the economy hits our pocketbook. But that doesn’t stop the Federal Reserve from putting out a comic book that explains their operation. Wait! No, not one, but TEN comic books are now available from our popular central bank… and the best part is that they are FREE. Well given what they have done to our money and its near total theft of purchasing power… How can anyone call anything that the FXRX does “free” except for monetary chaos? Titles include…“The Story of the Federal Reserve,” “The Story of Money,” “The Story of Banks,” “The Story of Inflation,” “The Story of Consumer Credit,” “The Story of Checks and Electronic Payments,” “A Penny Saved,” “Once Upon a Dime,” “The Story of Monetary Policy,” “The Story of Foreign Trade and Exchange,” and last but not least, “Too Much, Too Little.” That’s an understatement! The third printing of the FXRX comics can be ordered online at: http://www.newyorkfed.org/publications. Or contact the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Public

Information Department, 33 Liberty Street, NY, NY 10045. Phone: 212.720.6134. Need to laugh this off? Try Ron Goodger’s HOT new T-shirt! I wouldn’t call his “Four Gallons of Gas for a Buck” shirt “funny” but it sure gets the point across! It was introduced at the last Liberty Dollar University (LDU5) and also features the “World’s Greatest Silver Heist of 1965” on the back. Great Shirt. Get one and you will get comments – guaranteed! Check it out at Ron’s site: http://home.earthlink.net/~freedomfinanciers/id16.html 4. Liberty Dollar University 6 and RCO Congress ANNOUNCING: Annual 2005 RCO Congress will be held in conjunction with LDU6, which is scheduled from 6 PM Wednesday, June 29 and concludes with a BBQ dinner on Saturday, July 2 in Austin, Texas. Please join us in Texas for Fourth of July weekend! OK. So you have read a good deal of information on the RCO Business Plan and maybe you are thinking of attending Liberty Dollar University? That is an excellent idea. Or maybe you have become an RCO and are now required to attend LDU within the first year. Even if you are just curious and want to attend LDU to see what it’s all about, no problem. Every Liberty Associate is encouraged to attend LDU. Beginning in October 2003 and over the course of the first two years and five Universities, LDU has grown and changed. Originally conceived by Wayne Hicks as the “training ground” for new RCOs, LDU has now become the “proving ground” for future RCOs. So if you are interested, then get the info, and find out how to be profitable with the Liberty Dollar business model before you become an RCO. Find out for yourself about how to make $15,000 to $4.8 million with the Liberty Dollar. Call the office for all the particulars. LDU usually starts at 6:00 pm on a Wednesday with a Meet & Greet as people arrive at a nearby restaurant/bar, which is followed by opening remarks, a quick review of the syllabus and introductions. The two following days are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with group lunches. Usually we also have dinner together and more open discussions after dinner. It is two very full days of Liberty Dollar, RCO modeling and group brainstorming on how to make the most of the new currency. Weather permitting, a field trip is also part of the LDU schedule on the third day. Classes range in size from one attendee at LDU1 to almost 30 at LDU4. Now the Universities are held quarterly so that new RCOs don’t have to wait too long to get the inside info on how to operate their RCO and make them profitable. And it gives Liberty Associates more opportunity to find out if the RCO Business plan works for them. Locations of LDU have also changed. Initially, they were held in Berryville, Ark., at Wayne Hicks’ RCO; another was held in conjunction with the opening of the new NORFED office in Evansville. Now they are held where an RCO wants to host LDU. LDU costs $200 for a Liberty Associate to attend. A spouse or partner is $100 extra. If a LA becomes an RCO immediately following a LDU, the $200 is credited toward the first year’s $1000 charter fee. All new RCOs are now required to attend LDU within the first year. Ideally, an RCO attends LDU immediately to get the tools and information to become successful ASAP. All lodging, food, and transportation costs are the responsibility of each attendee. $100 is required at time of registration to help minimize no-shows. If you are not required to pay, the $100 is refunded to you at LDU. Returning RCOs can attend any LDU for free and often attend to keep up with the latest tips, lead group discussions, and make presentation to the class. So if you are really interested in the Liberty Dollar, want the inside info on how it works, or are considering becoming an RCO as a business so you can “make money, do good and have more fun”

with the Liberty Dollar, then come to a Liberty Dollar University! Each LDU promises to be better as it is always improving and presents the latest and best info on marketing the Liberty Dollar. Serious about the Liberty Dollar? Call 888.421.6181 to reserve your attendance now. 5. New “Local Currency Office” Want to be an RCO but a bit shy of all the requirements? Still dedicated to doing more than being a Liberty Associate? Then consider becoming a “Local Currency Office.” I must confess it is interesting how the Liberty Dollar model keeps developing. When we introduced the Regional Currency Office (RCO) many of the first RCOs wanted more space, only to find out that WOW! fifty miles or 750,000 people are a lot! And shortly some RCOs started talking about subdividing their region or having “branch” RCOs to provide better service within their region. Eventually, Trevor Gamble, the RCO in Ashland, Oregon, was the first to enter into an agreement with Allen Heart, who became the first Local Currency Office (LCO) as part of Trevor’s RCO region. Congratulations to both men for breaking new ground and helping to refine the RCO model. Allen Heart’s LCO is centered at Cave Junction, Oregon, and services the southwestern part of Oregon. If you are in an RCO region and want to do more, contact your RCO and ask about becoming an LCO. Both you and the RCO can profit from the relationship. 6. Chinese Silver Update by David Morgan Our own Liberty Associate and Silver Guru, who publishes the Silver Investor Newsletter (www.silver- investor.com) has the latest on silver… this time in China. Bullish Again – Sino Silver Formally closes on 11 Promising Silver Projects in Erbaohuo A while ago, we wrote to you about the Sino Silver Corporation and your opportunity to win 100 ounces of silver. Now the company is doing it again – giving away another 100 ounces of silver to celebrate the formal acquisition of 60 percent of partner Sino Top and 11 promising silver projects in the heart of China’s Erbaohuo Silver Mine Reserve. The Silver Investor recommended this stock first and since that time the stock has performed well. The Silver Investor continues to like the prospects because the weighting in the stock has been increased and so have the buy limit. Although the exact buy limits and weighting of this stock is for Silver Investor subscribers only, you get the picture this company is on track to become a known force in the silver world. News: Sino Silver has now, in closing on the acquisition of a 60% interest in Sino Top, positioned itself to exploit the potential of 11 promising silver projects in the heart of China’s Erbaohuo Silver Mine Reserve. The company has performed what it stated to do initially. But there has been a twist to this tale that I confess I did not expect – did not even suspect – as a matter of fact. I can only attribute it to appropriate analysis of an explosive situation (on my part as well as on the part of Sino Silver management) and fast action (on the part of management) that has allowed a fairly fluid situation to solidify around Sino Silver in a way that may prove most amazingly beneficial. True, Sino Silver is still a “speculative” venture in the sense that the company has not yet fully matured. But what we are concerned with is where the company is now, but also where it is going based on its track record and credibility to this point. This story is one we are following closely and will continue to follow. This venture may turn into a world-class event before our eyes – potentially an occurrence that may prove that being first will pay the biggest dividends, but only to those that take action!

If you wish to investigate the company itself – or read the company’s press release -- you may do so at http://www.SinoSilverCorp.com. . 7. FreeLiveTalk Radio with Ian A new talk radio has hit the airways with a shock! Hand it to Ian Bernard for getting Talk Radio out of the box with FreeTalkLive (FTL). Just a quick visit to his site at http://freetalklive.com/ tells you in no uncertain words that FTL has to be one of the most exciting stations on the air. And the shock value must be working, because Ian’s blog is already rated #7 in the USA. Congratulations Ian and FreeTalkLive where you are the listener and often the “host” who set the topic. As Ian says on his site, “Free Talk Live is an open forum. If you don't like the topics or would like to hear others, it's on YOU to call. As FTL expands to different markets, our callers will change. The archives do not represent the show's future. Anything can happen, and usually does...” WOW! What a wild and refreshing concept for what usually pasts for Talk Radio! And, of course, along the way Ian discovered the Liberty Dollar, became a Liberty Associate, features the new, and might I say equally exciting currency, right on his home page and on the air. Right on and thank you Ian and FreeTalkRadio for getting us out of the radio box. To paraphrase Timothy Leary from an earlier generation, I encourage you to “turn on, tune in” to FreeTalkRadio and “drop out” of “rushlimcrap” that poses as “conservative” Talk Radio. Thank you Ian for your support of the Liberty Dollar. 8. DAD - Discerning American Digest debut Announcing a new magazine/radio complex for the discerning American. In fact, the new publication is titled Discerning American Digest, shortened to simply DAD Magazine. The first publication of 20,000 magazines was published August of 2004. Now retrofitted and screaming to get the word out, DAD is ready to issue 200,000 copies and looking to do 2,000,000! Yes, that is 2 million copies. And of course the Liberty Dollar is included plus the whole back page is devoted to the HOT new currency! Thank you, Justin Plumlee! Want to get the word out in your own community? Well, Justin has just the ticket and you can get 500 copies free. Additional copies are not much more! Plus, I bet Justin accepts Liberty Dollars too! I am happy to report that while the cost is great, so is the copy, plus the distribution format stands out too. Much like the Liberty Dollar has local representation with the RCOs and now the LCOs, DAD is also locally based. As Justin explains: “DAD is a FREE community participation, four color, print magazine. Each magazine is created specifically for the communities in which it is distributed. The first 10 pages are devoted to Community Comments and Concerns. This section allows the people within each community the ability to share what they think and feel about what’s going on – right and wrong – in America today. They can talk about local issues, state, national and worldwide issues as they wish. Never before has a LOCAL magazine been built in such a national way. The beauty of all of it is that you can operate your own division of this national magazine.” “So … how many people in your community would like to ‘sound off’ about something? How many people don’t like the direction our nation is heading? How would you like to help them be heard? How would you like to help them understand what we already know!? Well, now you can with the new DAD/radio complex, a division of FICAA, designed to pay you for your help in restoring this nation with Truth and Education!” Ready to take action? Justin is looking for a Managing Director in your community. Justin explains:

“As a Managing Director for DAD Magazine you have the opportunity to manage your own local, community magazine. All the profits after costs are yours. Just like it would be if you were to own and operate your own magazine! You have no layout and design duties, no gathering of articles, no billing, etc. You develop your business relationship with your local advertisers and feature their businesses in the magazine. And you profit. To get 500 free copies of the first mega issue, find out more about becoming a Managing Director to introduce DAD into your community, and participate in Justin’s radio station that supports DAD, please visit www.FICAA.com, or www.thedad.net, or just call Justin at 970.384.7900. FICAA is an acronym for: Fully Informed Citizen Associations of America, PO Box 1366, Carbondale, CO 81623. 9. Incident of the Month Well, I am happy to report that there was not a single Incident reported to the Liberty Dollar office this past month. So again, I encourage everyone who has an Incident with any government authority to report it promptly, please. It is important for us to maintain a feel on how the currency is received in the community. Thanks again for your support to this request. 10. Question of the Month First, when you have a question, check the FAQ on the INFO page. Simply click INFO in the top navigational bar just above the masthead on every Liberty Dollar page. Second you can call the office toll free: 888.421.6181. Third, you can email your questions to [email protected]. Fourth, you can just sit there. No, don’t just sit there! Get the answers, and join the party. The Liberty Dollar is great. It’s time for you to jump in… QUESTION: What is the policy regarding used, mutilated, or partial Silver Certificates? ANSWER: You can change any of your Silver Certificates for any other denominations at any time, even if it is not used. Any Certificate, new or used, will be replaced or can be redeemed when you surrender 51% or more of the Certificate. 11. Liberty Associate of the Month Sometimes it is not only the well-known Associate that deserves the praise. In fact, it is usually the steady Freddy who continuously works and gets thing done that deserves the praise. And sometimes it is the well-known’s assistance who drives, carries and supports the main candidate, who deserves to be the Associate of the Month. Such is the case for this month’s Liberty Associate of the Month, Jon Airheart in Austin, Texas. For the better part of a year, Jon was Michael Badnarik’s sidekick through thick and thin… mostly thin. Driving, assisting, scheduling, doing almost anything and everything to assist Michael’s nomination and then his national campaign as the Presidential Candidate for US President on the Libertarian Party. Congratulations Jon, on being the Liberty Associate of the Month. Thank you for all that you have done, including the early video interviews and countless efforts to bring the Liberty Dollar to more people. 12. Quote of the Month “I work for a Government I despise for ends I think criminal.” John Maynard Keynes, Letter to Duncan Grant, 15 December 1917 Closing Remarks: Now, as we roll through our seventh year and the Liberty Dollar matures, let us acknowledge our success and plan for the future. If you have not become a Liberty Associate, please join the party! It is truly fun to use the new gold and silver currency!

Many thanks to all the Liberty Associates, Merchants, and RCOs for your continued support. For it is only by banding together and adopting a free and independent currency which provides us with “just weights and measures” that we will be able to throw off the yoke of a manipulated monetary system and generate a peaceful and prosperous society. Thank you again for all your efforts to return America to value – one dollar at a time! Bernard von NotHaus Monetary Architect/Editor www.LibertyDollar.org 888.421.6181
