This Privacy Policy describes how NORFED.info and forum.norfed.info (together, the Services) handle personal information. The Services are operated by Swifthog LLC. It applies when you visit the main site, create a member account, sign in, post on the forum, or contact us.
1. Who operates the Services

- Member profile fields you choose to provide (such as display name).

Email delivery
- Our email provider (Mailgun) processes recipient addresses and delivery metadata when we send sign-in or notification email.

- Operate the main site and forum, including single sign-on between them.
- Send sign-in links and service-related email.

- Improve reference content and fix problems.

4. What is public
Forum posts and profile information visible to other members or the public are not private. Do not post personal information you are not willing to share. Buy / Sell / Trade is visible only to logged-in members, but still treat it as shared with the member community.
5. Sharing with service providers
We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the Services (for example site hosting, the forum platform, and email delivery). They process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Services and users.
6. Retention
We keep account and forum data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. You may request account deletion by contacting us; some logs or backups may persist for a limited period.

8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
9. International visitors
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
