One-Twentieth (1/20) Oz.
There are three unique 1/20 ounce Silver Liberty Dollar variants, slightly smaller than a US Dime at 16.5 mm in diameter, 1mm thick, and with a reeded edge.
The 2003 Silver 1/20th $1 Liberty Dollar - Type I
The 2003 1/20th $1 Silver Liberty features a date with a rounded-top '3'. It's the most frequently found variant, minted continuously until the reverse dies (the mold used for stamping) wore out. Released for the 5th anniversary, it's the smallest silver denomination in this series.
The 2003 Silver 1/20th $1 Liberty Dollar - Type II
Similar to Type I, the 2003 $1 has a flat-top '3'. Its production was limited, originally planned for 25,000 pieces. The 2007 FBI raid halted all Liberty Dollars' production; the exact number produced remains unknown.
The 2003 Silver 1/20th $1 Liberty Dollar - Type III
The 2005 $2 Silver Liberty variant is believed to be a mint error. Created with a reverse die meant for a future $20 silver value increase, it was prematurely used. It's similar to Type I with a round-top '3', and it's estimated that at least 1,000 were minted before the raid, although the exact figure is unknown.

1992 Gold Liberty Salute to America
The Royal Hawaiian Mint 1992 Gold Liberty Salute to America is likely the precursor to the NORFED Liberty obverse used on Liberty Dollars.
